How we work
The Nannying Network is a boutique matching service connecting families with local nannies and babysitters. We use Instagram as a live job posting platform so roles can be shared in real time and local carers can apply quickly and easily — keeping everything fast, simple and human.
Our fee structure is straightforward: parents pay a one-off advertising fee to list their role and a one-off finder's fee once a match is made. Carers pay a small securing fee when they're matched, that's it.
Unlike other platforms, we don’t take a cut of nannies or babysitters wages, ensuring they’re paid what they deserve while keeping rates affordable for families.
Once a match is made, families and carers can continue working together as much as they like with no additional fees. The way it should be.

The Nannying Network is a referral and matching service, not a childcare agency. We do not conduct background checks on carers. All information provided by carers is passed on to you in full, and it is your responsibility as a parent to screen, interview and make your own informed decision about who you welcome into your home.
