What happens after I submit a job?
Once you submit your job and pay the advertising fee, you can relax while we do the hard work. We'll upload your job listing to our Instagram and available nannies and babysitters will apply using the job reference number.

We’ll keep you updated as applications come in.

Why do you charge an advertising fee and a finders fee?

  • Advertising Fee: Covers the cost of reviewing your job, creating content, and finding a candidate.

  • Finders Fee: Covers the time spent sorting through applicants and presenting you with suitable matches. Once you’ve made your choice, you’ll have the contact details for future bookings, and we don’t take any percentage of the nanny’s payment.

How is my privacy protected?
Your privacy is important to us. We never share personal details with the babysitters or nannies. Only your phone number and name are shared once a match is made. From there, you control how much you wish to share, including your address.

What reference checks do you do?
As a job-finder service, we do not perform reference checks. We ask our nannies to provide at a minimum two references from previous babysitting work.

It is your responsibility to check references and do background checks on your nanny to ensure you are happy. We recommend meeting in person first to ensure a good fit for your family.

How do I contact my babysitter/nanny?
Once both parties accept the job and the match fee payment has been processed, we’ll share contact details so you can get in touch directly.

How do I choose a babysitter/nanny?
We follow a first-in, best-dressed policy. As applications come in, we send you candidates we believe are a good fit. If you're not happy with the first match, you can wait for more applicants, but keep in mind that the best candidates may find other work in the meantime.

How do I pay my babysitter/nanny?
We let you know their rates that they give us. You pay the amount directly to the nanny or babysitter at the end of each job.

What happens if I want to cancel a job search?
Once payment is made and terms are agreed upon, the search fee is non-refundable. However you can fill out our form on our website and we can stop the search for you.

What happens if I want to cancel a job?
Once payment is made and terms are agreed upon, cancellations are non-refundable. If a match has been made, you’ll need to discuss alternative dates or pay the nanny or babysitter for their time if the cancellation is last-minute.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like my babysitter/nanny?
We don’t offer refunds for a change of mind. We provide all the information to help you make an informed decision before you accept a candidate.

Why do I need to pay twice?

  • $39.00 Advertising Fee: This covers the time to upload and advertise your job. It’s non-refundable.

  • $55.50 Finders Fee: This fee is for matching you with a suitable candidate. It's non-refundable, but if we’re unsuccessful in finding a fit, you can notify us within a week, and we’ll re-upload your job for free.

Why do I have to pay an advertising fee?
This fee covers the time it takes to review your job request, create content for your listing, and connect you with a candidate from our network.

Do I have to pay up front?
Yes, you must pay to have your job uploaded. The advertising fee will be invoiced once your job request is reviewed and approved.

Is the advertising fee refundable?
Once paid and terms are agreed upon, the advertising fee is non-refundable. If your job is not suitable for advertising, we won’t send you a payment link.

How much information will I receive about potential candidates?
You’ll receive a brief introduction about each candidate, including their experience, pay rate, and availability. Personal details, references, and full names are only shared once you’ve selected a candidate to proceed with.
