Submit a request through filling out our application form on our website, detailing your needs for your family.

LET US DO THE HARD WORK FOR YOU
Once you have submitted your job request and our team have reviewed and approved it.
We send out a one-off advertising fee to you. Once that has been paid, we advertise your job and get searching within our network of nannies and babysitters.
There will be a job reference number attached to your advertisement with a number and your suburb for our nannies and babysitters to use when applying for the job.
APPLICATION PROCESS
We carefully review applications from interested nannies and babysitters and provide you with real-time updates on candidates we believe would be a great match.
Once we send you potential candidates, you have 24 hours to confirm your selection. You have the choice to select the nanny you believe is best fit for your family.
Please note that our babysitters and nannies may be applying for multiple positions, so acting quickly increases your chances of securing your preferred choice. Selection operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can pay for multiple contacts if you wish.
Contact details are only shared once you have made your final selection.
JOB ACCEPTED
Once you've chosen your nanny or babysitter, we’ll send you a link to pay a one time $55.50 finder’s fee to book the job.
The nanny’s contact details will only be shared once payment is received. Until then, they remain available for other bookings.
After payment, both parties gain access to each other’s contact information, allowing you to connect directly with your babysitter or nanny to re-book as many times as you like with them!

1-2 days/week - $55.00 advertising fee
3-5 days/week - $75.00 advertising fee
Why Do We Charge an Advertising Fee and a Finder’s Fee?
Our advertising fee covers the time we spend reviewing your job request, crafting tailored content and promoting your position within our network to find the right match.
Our finder’s fee compensates for the time spent screening applicants and presenting you with the most suitable candidates for your family. Once we provide you with a nanny’s contact details, they are yours to book directly for all future needs. We do not take any commission from their work.
MEETING YOUR NANNY
Interviewing your nanny
When screening your nanny you should have a phone call with them first, get them to send over their references, WWC, first aid certificate and any other documents or information you need.
Discuss with them your expectations, tell them about your family life and what your kids are like. The best thing you can do to set up your nanny up for success is to give a transparent and honest description into your family and what you are looking for.
Ask the nanny to tell you about herself, and what she is looking for in a new job and her past experience working with kids.
Discuss with them your house hold rules and your children’s behaviour and anything they should know.
Ask the nanny how she would like to be paid and be set on the hourly rate.
Encourage the nanny to ask questions and feel comfortable with you.
Meeting your nanny
When meeting your nanny, we recommend giving them a trial. Give them a chance to spend some time with your children while you are around, pop up to your local cafe for a couple hours for them to get a feel of the family and the role.
NEXT STEPS
The Nannying Network's responsibility ends once we connect you with a babysitter or nanny.
It is your responsibility to contact your nanny or babysitter directly to arrange a meet and greet before welcoming them into your home and introducing them to your family.
We simply facilitate the search process and are not liable beyond this point. Please ask your nanny for all their references, WWCC and other documents you need.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If the job turns out to be unsuitable or unsuccessful, parents have one week to request a re-match. We will not charge you for a new match , however you will need to pay a re-advertisement fee if there are changes required.
