These are advertising fees only - non-refundable.A separate finder's fee applies once you select your carer (see step 4).
Please note: Nannies for 5-day/week roles are in high demand and this is a full time position, depending on availability and location, a match may not always be possible.

2. LET US DO THE HARD WORK FOR YOU
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll send you a payment link for the advertising fee. This must be paid within 48 hours.
Once that has been paid, we advertise your role and get searching within our network of nannies and babysitters.
There will be a role reference number attached to your advertisement with a number and your suburb for our nannies and babysitters to use when applying for the role.
3. APPLICATION PROCESS
We find your candidates and send you their profiles
We carefully review all applications and send you the profiles of candidates we think are a great match for your family. You'll receive real-time updates as suitable applicants come through!
Our carers often apply for multiple roles, so acting quickly gives you the best chance of securing your preferred match. Selection is first come, first served.
4. CHOSE YOUR CARER
Once you've made your selection from the profiles we have sent through, we'll send you a one-time finder's fee link to secure your carer.
Allowing you to connect directly with your babysitter or nanny to re-book as many times as you like with them! We don’t take commission or ongoing fees.
Contact details are only shared once this is paid. They remain available for other bookings until this has been paid.
You can buy more than one candidate if you'd like multiple contacts.

Why Do We Charge an Advertising Fee and a Finders Fee?
Our advertising fee covers the time we spend reviewing your job request, crafting tailored content and promoting your position within our network to find the right match.
Our finders fee compensates for the time spent screening applicants and presenting you with the most suitable candidates for your family. Once we provide you with a nanny’s contact details, they are yours to book directly for all future needs. We do not take any commission from their work.
5. MEETING YOUR CARER
Before welcoming your carer into your home, we recommend a phone call first and meet and greet. Here's what to cover:
Their references, WWCC number and First Aid certificate information will be included in the profile we send you once the match is made. If you have any additional requirements, such as a police check or certificates - you can request these directly from your carer.
Tell them about your family, kids, routines and household rules
Discuss your expectations and what a typical day looks like
Agree on the hourly rate and how they'd like to be paid
Give them a short trial - a couple of hours with you nearby is a great way for everyone to get comfortable and make sure they are the right fit for your family.
The best thing you can do to set up your nanny up for success is to give a transparent and honest description into your family and what you are looking for.

The Nannying Network's responsibility ends once we connect you with a carer.
It is your responsibility to contact your nanny and arrange next steps. We simply facilitate the search process and are not liable beyond this point.
From here, you manage the relationship directly with your carer. Rebook them anytime, on your terms.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If the placement doesn't work out, contact us within one week of the start date to request a rematch. We'll search again at no extra charge, though a re-advertising fee applies if the role details have changed. Please note we will be contacting the carer also.
