The Nannying Network was born as a modern, accessible solution for families and caregivers. Using Instagram as a quick and live job posting platform, we’ve created a space where jobs can be shared in real time and local caregivers can easily apply.
A service designed to make finding a nanny or babysitter seamless, fast and stress free. We’re here to connect parents with local babysitters’ and nannies’ in the area through a simple and efficient booking system.
Our business model is simple: we charge a one-off advertising fee for parents then a one-off booking fee per job for both the parents and the carers.
Unlike other platforms, we don’t take a cut of nannies’ or babysitters’ wages, ensuring they’re paid what they deserve while keeping rates affordable for families.
It is important to note that we are not a childcare agency. Instead, we give you agency to make your own informed decisions. The Nannying Network does not perform background checks on our carers. This means that parents themselves are responsible for screening, interviewing and making their choice. We provide all the information carers give us about them for you to make a decision.
Once a match is made, families and caregivers can continue working together as much as they like, without any additional fees. The way it should be.
