What we recommend
What you should have as a nanny to work with us
-
WWCC
All nannies and babysitters that apply must have a valid Australian WWCC.
A Working With Children Check (WWC) is essential for anyone working with children, and it’s a non-negotiable requirement for all babysitters and nannies.
Having a current WWC not only ensures you’re meeting legal requirements but it also builds trust with families. Without a WWC, you won’t be eligible to apply for or accept jobs through our platform.
The application fee is $107

National Police Check
Having a valid National Police Check can significantly strengthen your application and improve your chances of securing work with families.
It shows that you’ve taken the extra step to ensure transparency and safety, which is a top priority for parents.
Families are much more likely to trust and choose candidates who have already completed a police check, as it provides peace of mind.
Each NPC application costs $56.

The best way to connect and secure jobs with family is experience with other families and wonderful references.
We recommend you have 2+ years experience working with kids.
You will not be able to apply for jobs with children under 12 months old without prior new born or baby experience.
