The Byron MUM who gifted every mini in our CAMPAIGN: CIRCÅ

Nic runs a small business from a 1920s barn in the hills outside Byron Bay, and she dressed every single mini in our campaign. A local mum and small business owner getting behind The Nannying Network before there was anything to show for it.

This is community. This is village. This is female support.

Our founder is deeply connected to Byron Bay. Friends, family, memories, and a whole lot of love for the Northern Rivers. When she started dreaming up The Nannying Network, she had nothing but a belief that families deserved a better way to find local nannies, and that nannies deserved to be seen as the incredible humans they are.

She told Nic about the vision. Nic, the owner of CIRCÅ, is one of those rare supermums who somehow runs a beautiful business, raises her little girl, and still makes time to lift other women up. Without a single image to show, without a website, without anything to prove it would work, Nic said yes.

She helped style the minis in the beautiful outfits you see across our imagery and shoot. She captured the early years, the essence of nannying, and the feeling of home that we wanted The Nannying Network to embody. Perfectly.

The store

A small store with a big heart

CIRCÅ is a tiny treasure tucked into Federal, a 1920s barn just outside Byron Bay on Bundjalung country.

Inside you will find a handpicked mix of local makers, clothing, toys, ceramics and homewares, the kind of pieces you want to keep forever.

A huge thank you

Thank you Nic

This is what happens when women believe in each other. When a small business owner in a tiny town hears a dream and decides to back it and collaborate with another. We are so grateful to Nic and CIRCÅ for helping us bring The Nannying Network to life, long before we had anything to show.

If you are travelling from Sydney to Byron Bay, do yourself a favour and stop in at Federal. Say hello to Nic, wander through the store, and fall in love with something beautiful.
