14 Account deletion and data retention

14.1

You can delete your account and all associated personal information from the app or by contacting us directly. In the app, go to your profile settings, select "Delete my account" and confirm the deletion request.

14.2

Account deletion is irreversible. Once you confirm deletion, we will remove your profile, contact details, documents, bookings, care plans, daily logs and any other account data we are not required to retain by law.

14.3

We may keep a minimal record of transaction and payment data for accounting and legal compliance purposes, as required by Australian tax and consumer law.
